Last week i wanted to put in two thousend dollar in a future product.
I was looking at various products, like one was a mini-future going short on the Dow Jones, i even bought it but was sure not patient enough to let it go for a few more days.
When Bush announced the first aid-package for the autoindustry the market went up, and that
kinda scared me to hold my position so i sold it.
Big mistake ! I would have made a 80+% return if i would have hold onto it, but that's life.
It show's again that once you have a good thought out strategy it's important to stick to it.
So, i wanted to still do something, since there are possibilities out there. ( Don't be too afraid
to make mistakes, we all do, just make sure they are not too costly. )
Well, the second mistake on my litte investment is as for now, a expensive one. For a total of $2000 i bought mini-futures on crude oil. I paid 1.37 for one unit.
